Shop Policies


Kindly allow 3-5 working days for all paid orders to be dispatched. Once shipped, you will recieve an email confirmation notifying you on successful delivery. We are not liable for any issues that may occur once an item leaves our hands. That includes lost packages, delayed delivery, stolen items, etc. at designated post offices. Refunds will not be given on that basis. 

If the address keyed in has any missing information or has been incorrectly filled in, we are not responsible for the arrival of your package. A return address is included on every parcel, which can be arranged for subsequent mailing at additional mailing rates.

Batch shipping will allow for your order to be processed with a batch of people, at a cheaper rate. This bulk will be sent via Express Shipping to Singapore, then dispatched via Singpost. Batch shipping will only be dispatched from Australia when the minimum cap of 30 orders has been fufilled.

Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

All goods sold are strictly non-exchangeable and non-refundable. Each piece of Aloise accessory guarantees a lifetime warranty. In the unlikely event of any damages (broken part of accessory, etc.) repairs can be made upon request. Repairs will only be handled via returning mail. Please send us an email ( or Instagram DM (@byaloise) to arrange for a repair.

All items are handmade, and therefore some small imperfections and or inconsistencies (that fall within a normal range for a handmade item) may occur. Examples of these may include tiny air bubbles, slight variances of color from what appears on screen, slight variance in drop length, or other small marks that in no way affect the functionality or overall aesthetic appeal of an item.
